My Policies

Before our session, please review my policies carefully to ensure we're aligned. By scheduling a session with me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. They're designed to ensure a respectful and productive experience for both of us. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

  • A non-negotiable deposit is required for all bookings and is a crucial step in the booking process. These deposits are generally non-refundable, with exceptions made only if I must cancel the appointment. A minimum of 25% is required to secure your booking, and your appointment is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled time will require full prepayment for your next session. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and will require full prepayment for any future bookings. I reserve the right to decline future bookings in case of a no-show.

  • Deposit is to be paid via ‘Beem’. I do not offer any other option.

    The remaining balance is to be fixed up in cash only.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any necessary rescheduling. The more advance notice you can give, the better. Please note that I may not always be able to accommodate rescheduling requests. If I am unable to accommodate your request, the deposit is non-refundable and the appointment will be considered canceled.

  • Communication regarding your appointment is handled in three stages for clarity. I will send a confirmation 24 hours ahead, followed by a second reminder on the day. Your essential details and preparation information will arrive 6–12 hours before we meet. The final address or room number will be released precisely 2 hours prior. Kindly include your optimal contact hours with your booking.
